Kristen started working with Christine in May of 2007 to lose weight, get toned and increase her energy level, and after only eight weeks, she feels great about herself and her results.
"Fit at Home Personal Training has kept me motivated and on track with my fitness goals and I can't wait to see what's next!", explains Kristen.
Kristen's workout includes three sessions with her Fit at Home coach, Christine, a customized diet plan and 5 to 6 days a week of 45 minute cardio sessions.
"Every visit is something new! We kick box, hike, jump roping and circuit train. I have lost 13 lbs, 12 inches and 5% body-fat, and I FEEL GREAT ABOUT MYSELF!!!"
