About Christine Lange
Christine Lange is the founder and owner of Fit at Home Personal Training, a company she started out of her own frustration with trying to fit a traditional health club into her fitness program.
As a full time teacher, Christine found it difficult to find the time to get to the gym, and even once there she fought feeling comfortable using the equipment and the intimidation of feeling as if everyone was judging her. From this personal experience, the concept for Fit at Home was born.
Christine realized the same frustrations she was feeling were probably keeping hundreds of people from getting in shape, and if she could find a way to help people overcome these issues, she could positively influence their lives. She also realized people had to have an alternative to the gym or health club. Using her education background and fitness experience, Christine developed a system for training at home which was both functional and effective. This system helps Fit at Home clients reach their highest potential, both physically and mentally.
Christine is an experienced AFAA and ACE certified personal trainer, having taught yoga, pilates, senior fitness, spin, fitness bootcamps and kidfit camps all over the valley. She has also taught Bodysculpting and Turbokick at Bally’s.
Christine graduated at San Francisco State University with a Bachelors in Liberal Studies and went on to teach English and Drama in Palm Beach, Florida while also working as a personal trainer and group fitness instructor. In 2005, Christine competed in her first Figure Competition.
